Educational Qualification for TNSTC: (As on 18.10.2025)

1. Graduate Apprentices (Engineering/Technology) –  A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) with First Class granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
2. Technician (Diploma) Apprentices – A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a State Council or Board ofTechnical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
3. Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices – A Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Humanities such as BA / B.Sc., / B.Com / BBA / BBM / BCA etc., (Regular – Full time) granted by a Statutory University / Deemed University in relevant discipline. – UGC approved
